Jeff Hardy. Need I say more? The enigmatic, charismatic, death-defyer himself has yet to be crowned WWE Champion. I have to say that there are many wrestlers who never won the coveted title who deserved it, but Jeff hardy not winning it would place him alone at the top of my list. I mean considering the guy went to TNA, came back, went to rehab, and came back, and can still get the largest pops night in and night out. not even as over as Triple H has made himself does he get those pops. Not taking anything away from the Game, but he simply overshadowed Hardy this year, while Hardy got the fans vote everytime every match. As he is not the longest active wrestler to never win the title in the WWE, but he is sure to be the fans biggest disappointment should he not. So give me your elbow drops, and russian legsweeps and tell me who you feel is the most deserving currently to reign after Edge. My vote is in.
