Reports are suggesting that WWE will be announcing that Stone Cold Steve Austin will be appearing on the December 10th, 3-hour special edition of WWE, which is the 15th Anniversary of Raw. Steve Austin will start promoting the RAW 15th anniversary tomorrow.
